Services & Sectors

Collectively, Palladian London’s RIBA chartered team of architects and designers has decades of experience creating distinctive, high-end residential properties for private clients, international investors and family trusts. The core team consists of ten highly skilled designers, which can expand to more in line with the number of live projects.

Every project begins with an in-depth analysis of the client’s immediate and long-term requirements, with a view to maximising value through innovative design. The team works closely with clients to understand the property environment and create a beautiful home through intelligent use of spatial planning and light.

Respecting and valuing the heritage of each building is one of the practice’s key priorities. The team enjoys bringing historical details to life, while simultaneously incorporating modern elements.

The practice sources and manages craftspeople and contractors that are at the top of their game. The design directors believe that attention to detail is key to executing exceptional projects, and this extends to budgets, time efficiencies and dynamic construction planning.

The team introduces environmental modelling to guide clients on the internal and external impact of their home whilst maintaining the comforts and quality of modern living. The effect of energy efficiency is a key consideration in design and natural materials are often used to replace the more harmful modern applications.

Establishing an interior design style tailored for each client is a priority for Palladian London. It has its own team of qualified interior designers, yet is equally happy to work alongside the client’s existing interior designer.

The practice always strives to source and incorporate the finest craftsmanship, materials, furniture and fabrics with a contemporary nod to historical authenticity, combined with the latest lighting and technology.

Project Management

Palladian’s development managers have an unrivalled attention to detail in executing exceptional projects, governed by budgeting, time efficiencies and dynamic construction planning, part of the company’s DNA.

From years of experience they believe quality control and executive delivery of projects by the management team is an integral service, complementing design teams and external consultants, allowing them the freedom to focus on their core skills.

Feasibility, planning, listed building
and licences

Palladian London launches architectural projects with a feasibility study to define the project’s parameters, set the budget and schedule, and identify the client’s design aspirations.

The practice has wide-ranging expertise in prime London areas, notably within the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster, having completed numerous projects and established a great knowledge of local authority demands and constraints. The team has extensive proven success securing planning consent and licences for contentious schemes and listed buildings, even within the constraints of conservation areas.

Palladian London’s experience of working on complex projects means it is able to accurately predict the level of work required when there are multiple stakeholders such as managing agents, freeholders, residents, surveyors, solicitors, authority officers, and building control.

Property Management

Palladian London can provide property management services such as a concierge for maintenance and security when the property is ‘in use’. These services are aimed at international clients who need their home to be prepared in anticipation of their return, and busy individuals who do not have the time to manage and maintain their properties.
