An elegant property which sits in a precise rhythm of refined, imposing stucco town houses, which are built over the river Westbourne.
Given the house lay over 6 storeys it provided an architectural challenge to create lateral yet light filled spaces to both live in and entertain on each floor. The lower 4 floors were each enhanced by garden areas creating a tier of green spaces to the rear bringing the property to life.
Although not listed much of the internal plasterwork was copied and reinstated, awakening the magnificence of the original design combined with contemporary marbles and finished with exquisite joinery and furniture.
