Investors were looking for a property to develop for the maximum return.

Palladian worked with the client to find the property and provided a full architecture, interior design and project management service. Through carefully considered architectural design and successful planning applications, Palladian more than doubled the floor space from 1,900 to 4,100 square feet by adding basement, side return and mansard extensions. The layout was entirely reconfigured, making the most of the enormous basement accommodation, working with agencies from the outset to ensure maximum appeal to the target market.

The resulting property provided an excellent return for the investors and a beautifully designed home for the family who bought it.
